This tennis program is designed for fitness enthusiasts. It is a high intensity tennis cardio session comprising of steps, usage of cones, target practice and other tennis drills.
In the process of the high intensity tennis cardio drills, the students learn tennis intuitively and are prepared to play high intensity, competitive games. Cardio tennis prepares the student to have endurance to battle through long rallies and long games.
How the Cardio Tennis Program works
Each class is an hour long, with a short warm-up, a 40-minute full body workout, and a cool down. It follows the following steps:

Warm up
Some dynamic stretching, skills and drills to get your body warm and mind sharp, ready for the workout to begin!

Aerobics
Here’s your chance to hit loads of shots – forehands, backhands, serves, you name it – all mixed with a variety of fitness activities.

Tennis
Put your shots into practice with fun tennis games. You’ll never play one-on-one; your teammates will be with you all the way.

Cool down
At the end of the session you recover and stretch.

One session runs for 1 hour and costs Kes 2500 per head. (Inclusive of court hire fee)
1What do I need to bring?
Bring along your own racket if you have one, but if not don’t worry as you can hire from us.
Wear comfortable gym kit and trainers and don’t forget to bring a water bottle too!
2Do I need to be good at Tennis?
Not at all. Everyone is welcome to Cardio Tennis, no matter what your skill level is! The class moves along quickly, so no one will be judging your skills, and it doesn’t matter whether the ball goes in or out.
3Do I need to be fit?
No! Cardio Tennis is for anyone who wants to have fun getting fit.
